Mini company is for children in Kindergarten who have prior dance experience and First Graders. Evening performance at the Fourth Annual Spring Recital, "Painting the Stage," on Wednesday May 8, at 6 p.m. at the Ocean City Performing Arts Center. The cost of a costume purchase is $25.

The Julia A. Purnell Museum, originally known as the Julia Lecompte, was born in Snow Hill, Maryland in 1843. She was famous for her skills in embroidery. In 1942, her son helped her open the museum that houses her work.
